SSYC Land Cruise: An Oscars Party
We have a little change in the Cruise calendar for March. We were going to go to the Academy Award Museum on the 12th but that is the date of the THE 95TH ACADEMY AWARDS AND THE MUSEUM IS CLOSED.
So, we are going to have an Oscars party at our house.
Our TV is 77 inches so it will almost be like being there! It's a potluck event so please bring your healthiest, most delicious contribution for this fun event. And, a bottle of your favorite wine (red wine is OK).....champagne for this festive occasion is terrific.
The club will provide appetizers and dessert.
Our address is 2129 D Via Puerta in Laguna Woods. The party starts at 5:00 pm.
You must register for this event by Wednesday, March 8th. (Space is limited)
We will call your name into the guard at the gate. Just give him your name and our address and they will let you through.
We will go to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Sunday, March 26th. I have heard terrific things about this museum and I am very excited to finally go.Look on the upcoming events on Wild Apricot so you can sign up for that event on March 26th.
