Join SSYC for a Bier, Brats, and Music in Lake Arrowhead!
Please bring an appetizer to share that can be used Friday or Saturday night as well as whatever you want to drink over the weekend. This is a BYOB event.
We MAX out at 16 people for SSYC lodging, however, there are alternative places to stay. If you plan on staying elsewhere and want to join us for meals, please register for the Day Only Event and/or reach out to Jill 602-690-5455.

3pm Wine Tasting - Sycamore Ranch Vineyard - Additional fee of $25 per person for wine tasting. This is an optional part of the weekend please note if you plan on attending.

7pm - Dinner at the Russell's. BYOB appetizer and drink. A bottle of wine to share is always nice. Meal- TBD. Please let Jill know of any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate you.

9am - 10am Breakfast at the Russell's: Meal TBD. Let Jill know of dietary restrictions. BYOB Mimosas if desired.
12pm - Oktoberfest at Lake Arrowhead Village

Entry to the event is free. We have tables reserved for 20 people. Lunch and drinks are on your own.
5:30pm - Happy Hour Beer Tasting at Laurie's
7pm - Dinner at the Russell's - BYOB appetizer and drink. A bottle of wine to share is always nice. Meal Tri Tip, Fish, Potatoes, Vegetables, Rolls, Pie
